Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 15, 2026

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Robrush Games LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use RBX Earny, Elevator Drop 3D, our websites, support channels, and related services. RBX Earny is an ad-supported mobile rewards app with optional premium subscriptions. Our public website does not currently display Google AdSense or other publisher ad placements; it may use analytics, attribution, contact, newsletter, anti-abuse, and server logging technologies as described below.

Not every feature, provider, or data category applies to every user, app, website, platform, country, or device. Some providers collect information directly under their own privacy policies when you interact with ads, offers, surveys, app stores, payment flows, embedded content, or third-party platform features.

Location Information

The Application does not request precise real-time GPS location permission. We and our providers may process approximate location, such as country or region, based on IP address, app store information, provider postbacks, or fraud-prevention data.

How We Use Information

  • Create and secure accounts, authenticate users, operate app features, provide support, send service messages, and process account deletion requests
  • In the mobile app, show ads, offers, and surveys; verify offer completions; calculate and deliver rewards; measure campaign performance; and prevent duplicate or fraudulent completions
  • Process subscriptions, VIP benefits, reward redemptions, gift cards, third-party platform rewards, and related support or dispute handling
  • Provide analytics, attribution, crash reporting, performance monitoring, remote configuration, push notifications, referral/deep link handling, bug diagnosis, and app improvement
  • Moderate display names, support messages, feedback, community content, and suspicious activity
  • Operate private Discord support and administration bots, create and secure ticket channels, authorize staff actions, analyze configured ticket conversations, preserve support history, process reward proofs, synchronize edits or deletions, and prevent misuse of designated channels
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, protect users and the service, and respond to lawful requests

Third-Party Services and Sharing

We share information with service providers and partners that help us operate accounts, mobile-app ads, analytics, offers, surveys, subscriptions, attribution, reward fulfillment, fraud prevention, support, communications, website operations, and compliance. This may include user IDs, device IDs, advertising IDs, IP address, approximate location, app activity, website activity, purchase and reward activity, diagnostics, support messages, and other information described in this policy.

  • Google Play Services, Google Play Billing, Google Play Integrity, Google App Set ID, Google Install Referrer, Google Sign-In, and Google Identity services
  • Firebase services, including Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance, Remote Config, Installations, Messaging, App Check, and In-App Messaging
  • Google Mobile Ads, Google User Messaging Platform, Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise, Google/YouTube APIs, and MaxMind GeoLite2
  • AppLovin and AppLovin MAX mediation partners, including Google/AdMob, DT/Fyber/FairBid, InMobi, Liftoff/Vungle, Mintegral, Pangle/ByteDance/TikTok Business, and Unity Ads
  • Offerwall and survey providers, including PubScale, TheoremReach, Adjoe/Playtime, Torox, MyChips, CPX Research, AyeT Studios, BitLabs, Lootably, Notik, AppsPrize, and DT/Fyber offerwall
  • Airbridge, RevenueCat, Quago where included in the app build, TikTok Open SDK and TikTok APIs, Roblox APIs, and YouTube APIs
  • AWS SES, Sendy, Spacemail or other support mailbox providers, Discord for private support tickets, internal administration, notifications, and reward-proof media, ReLoGrade for reward fulfillment, and Z.AI or similar tools for moderation and support assistance

Discord provides the communication platform and API data used by our private bots. Our RBX Earny backend and support dashboard receive limited Discord ticket, administration, and reward-proof data so that authorized staff can operate support and fulfillment workflows. Z.AI may act as a support-assistance processor for real-time classification, translation, moderation, or response drafting as described below.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect rights and safety, to investigate fraud or abuse, to enforce our terms, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

International Transfers

We operate globally and use service providers in multiple countries. Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, including Japan, the United States, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other locations where we or our providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, contractual protections, adequacy decisions, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

Ads, Offers, Surveys, and Consent

This section applies mainly to the mobile app. We and our partners use app activity, identifiers, device information, advertising identifiers where available, IP address, country or region, acquisition data, and reward transaction data to show ads and offers, verify survey and offer completions, calculate rewards, prevent fraud, measure performance, and improve the service.

Depending on your location, device settings, and platform, you may receive consent or privacy choice prompts for personalized ads, ad measurement, cookies, local storage, tracking, or similar technologies. If you decline or limit consent, some ads, offers, surveys, attribution, or reward measurement features may be limited or unavailable.

Third-Party Platform Rewards

If you choose a reward or feature that uses a third-party platform account, we may process limited account information such as username, user ID, avatar or public profile information, and reward fulfillment metadata. We use this information to verify account details, fulfill requested rewards, prevent fraud, and provide support.

RBX Earny is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation. Roblox and related marks are the property of their respective owner. Do not send us Roblox passwords, cookies, two-step verification codes, backup codes, or other account credentials.

Social, Video, and Community Features

If you connect or use TikTok, YouTube, Roblox-related, clan, referral, community, or video submission features, we may process public profile data, usernames, account IDs, avatars, OAuth tokens, video links, video statistics, display names, community content, verification data, and related reward or support metadata. We use this data to provide connected features, verify eligibility, fulfill rewards, prevent abuse, moderate content, and provide support.

Support, Contact, Newsletter, and AI Assistance

When you contact support, submit feedback, use contact forms, or subscribe to newsletters, we may process your message, name, email address, account ID, device and app information, IP address, reCAPTCHA signals, support history, reward and redemption history, attachments, and metadata you provide. We may use email providers, anti-abuse tools, newsletter tools, internal notification tools, mailbox providers, and AI assistance tools to route, analyze, moderate, and respond to requests.

If you choose to attach images to a bug report, the app may let you select photos or screenshots from your device. These images are optional, are compressed before upload, and are used for app functionality, support, bug diagnosis, abuse prevention, and service improvement. We may store attachment metadata with the feedback record and send the image content to our support systems and service providers, including AI assistance tools, to help understand and resolve the issue. We do not use support images for advertising or marketing, and we do not use them for facial recognition.

Private Discord Bots and Support Automation

We operate private Discord bots exclusively in the official RBX Earny Discord server. They are not publicly distributed or intended for installation by unrelated server owners. One bot provides structured private support tickets and support workflow controls. A second internal administration and fulfillment bot helps authorized staff review account and redemption information, send support communications, process rewards, analyze specifically configured ticket channels, enforce media-only channels, and synchronize reward-proof messages with the RBX Earny backend.

The support ticket bot uses relevant member and role information to grant private-channel access, authorize staff actions, and detect when the owner of an open ticket leaves the server. The bots do not export or profile the complete server member list and do not use Discord presence, activity, relationship, or behavioral information.

Message content is processed only when it is submitted in an active RBX Earny ticket, a specifically configured support channel or category, or a designated reward-proof or media-only channel. For configured ticket analysis, the system may read the latest message and a limited number of recent messages, including text, embeds, supported attachments, author identifiers, and message metadata, and transmit them to the private RBX Earny support backend. For the designated reward-proof channel, new and recent messages, media, edits, and deletions may be synchronized with the backend to preserve or reconcile fulfillment evidence.

The bots do not analyze or store unrelated general-channel conversations or direct-message content. A bot may send a direct-message notice when it removes an invalid text-only post from a configured media-only channel. Messages in other channels are not included in support analysis merely because the bot is present in the server.

Ticket form data, selected messages, AI analysis records, operational events, and redacted retrieval material may be stored in private backend databases or restricted local operational files. When a ticket is closed, a transcript containing messages and attachment references may be archived in a staff-only Discord log channel. Access to these records is limited to authorized personnel and service providers that need the information to operate the support or fulfillment service.

AI-Assisted Discord Support

Discord ticket content may be processed by deterministic rules, a local classifier, approved support templates, staff-approved knowledge, or Z.AI for real-time intent classification, language detection, translation, moderation, response drafting, and escalation recommendations. We minimize or redact direct identifiers before external AI processing when they are not required for the support purpose.

We do not use Discord message content to train or fine-tune machine-learning or large-language-model weights. Redacted and deduplicated support excerpts, staff responses, feedback, and approved FAQ material may be retained as retrieval context to provide more consistent support, but this does not modify the underlying model. AI output is subject to local rules and staff review where appropriate and does not independently authorize rewards, remove restrictions, or make final account-enforcement decisions.

Your Choices and Rights

You can stop future app data collection by uninstalling the Application. You can also use device settings, app store settings, in-app controls where available, consent prompts, advertising ID controls, notification settings, and provider opt-out tools to limit certain processing.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, opt-out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, and appeal of certain decisions. You can exercise privacy rights by contacting us. We will respond in a reasonable time and as required by applicable law. Some information may be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, support, or service operation.

Instructions for deleting an RBX Earny account are available on our Account deletion page. A verified request may also cover Discord support data associated with the requester.

Discord Choices, Access, and Deletion Requests

Opening a support ticket or posting a reward proof in a designated channel is voluntary and submits that content for the support, verification, moderation, and recordkeeping purposes described in this policy. Closing a ticket stops new ticket-message processing after the channel is closed. Deleting a reward-proof message may trigger deletion or reconciliation in our backend where the integration supports it.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of Discord support data, email [email protected] or [email protected]. Include your Discord user ID, the RBX Earny server name, and any known ticket, channel, or message ID so that we can locate and verify the records. Do not send passwords, Discord tokens, Roblox credentials, cookies, two-step verification codes, backup codes, gift-card codes, or payment credentials.

After verification, we delete or de-identify Discord data under our control when required and technically possible. Limited records may be retained where necessary for fraud prevention, security, accounting, reward or provider disputes, enforcement, legal compliance, or to document the handling of a deletion request. Discord may separately retain platform data under its own privacy and retention policies.

Data Retention

  • Account and profile data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion where needed for support, legal, security, or operational reasons.
  • Reward, subscription, redemption, gift card, cashout, referral, and transaction records may be retained for accounting, tax, provider dispute, fraud prevention, legal, and support purposes.
  • Fraud, security, device, integrity, ban, and abuse-prevention records may be retained after account deletion where necessary to protect the service, enforce rules, investigate abuse, or comply with law.
  • Support, contact, newsletter, email, and feedback records are retained as needed to respond to you, maintain suppression/unsubscribe records, preserve support history, and meet legal or operational requirements.
  • Open Discord ticket data is retained while the ticket is active. After closure, ticket metadata, AI audit records, staff actions, and staff-only transcripts may be retained only while needed for support history, quality review, disputes, security, abuse prevention, or legal obligations.
  • Discord reward-proof messages and media mirrored to our backend are retained while needed to verify or document the related reward, redemption, or fulfillment event. Where supported, deletion or reconciliation of the source Discord message is propagated to the backend, subject to backups, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations.
  • Redacted and deduplicated support excerpts, staff feedback, and staff-approved FAQ material used as retrieval context are retained only while useful for safe and consistent support. They are not used to train or fine-tune model weights.
  • Discord server, channel, category, and role configuration is retained while the applicable bot integration remains active and is removed or replaced when the configuration is no longer needed.
  • Analytics, crash, advertising, and diagnostics data are retained according to our settings and the retention practices of the providers that process the data.

Children

The Application is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the service only with parent or guardian consent where required. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Parents or guardians may contact us at [email protected].

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information we process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your account, device, and third-party platform credentials secure.

Discord bot credentials, backend credentials, and AI service credentials are restricted to server-side systems and authorized operators. Data transmitted between Discord bots, our backend, and service providers uses authenticated network requests and encrypted transport where supported. Ticket channels, transcript channels, administrative commands, and backend operations are restricted by Discord permissions, configured staff roles, application permissions, or backend authentication controls.

Website-Specific Information

Our website may process contact form submissions, newsletter signups, cookies or similar technologies, analytics, embedded content, anti-spam or anti-abuse signals, and server logs such as IP address, user agent, pages visited, and timestamps. Embedded content and links to third-party websites may be governed by the privacy policies of those third parties.

The website does not currently serve Google AdSense or other publisher ads. If we add web advertising in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and our consent controls as appropriate.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions become effective when posted on this page unless a different date is stated.

This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-07-15.
